Avengers: Endgame Box Office Collection Day 6 – Highest Earning Film Of 2019 In India With Rs. 244 Crore

Avengers: Endgame is showing extraordinary legs, not only in North America and China but also at the Indian box-office. In just 6 days of its release, the Marvel Cinematic Universe film has earned Rs 244.30 crore at the box-office, becoming the second highest-grosser of 2019 at the Indian box-office and only Rs 1 crore behind the highest one, which is the Uri: The Surgical Strike.

The Vicky Kaushal-starrer had made a total of Rs 245.36 crore during its lifetime run at the box-office, which made it the highest-grossing film of 2019 so far. However, it is evident that Endgame will become the highest-grossing film of 2019 in India in another day at the box office. Film trade analyst, Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter account earlier today and stated that the MCU film is likely to cross the biggest Bollywood box-office grosser, Aamir Khan’s Dangal.

Avengers: Endgame had opened at Rs 53.60 crore in India, and went on to earn Rs 52.20 crore and Rs 52.85 crore on Saturday and Sunday. Despite the weekday fall, the MCU film made Rs 31.05 crore on Monday and Rs 26.10 crore on Tuesday. The film picked up again on Wednesday with Rs 28.50 crore at the box office. With the weekend approaching, it is safe to say that Avengers: Endgame is likely to pick up BO collections again and add to their existing Rs 244.30 crore collections so far.

The film is breaking BO records across the globe. In fact, it has beat Captain Marvel’s box-office collection of $1.11 billion to become the highest-grossing Hollywood film of 2019. It currently stands in the list of top 10 highest-grossing Hollywood movies of all-time. Avengers: Endgame has so far made $1.48 billion worldwide and is expected to cross the $2 billion mark by early next week.

For now, Avengers: Endgame is ranked 9 in the top-10 highest-grossers and is behind films like Avatar, Titanic, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Avengers: Infinity War, Jurassic World, Marvel’s The Avengers, Furious 7, Avengers: The Age of Ultron and Black Panther.
