Vivo Y12 Now Available Online And In Retail Stores
By Vivo’s Y12 smartphone goes on sale in major retail stores, along with Flipkart and Amazon. The device was listed today on Flipkart and Amazon for sale. The Flipkart page shows the text “Coming Soon”, but it is available for purchase on Amazon.
The device is powered by an octa – core Helio P22 (MT 6762) processor and runs on Funtouch OS 9 which is based on Android 9 Pie. It has an HD+ display of 6.35 – inch with a resolution of 720 x 1566 pixels.
It has a triple camera setup at the rear comprising of 13 – megapixel, 8 – megapixel, and 2 – megapixel lenses with AI. At the front, the display has a water drop style notch which houses an 8 – megapixel camera. Some of the scene modes provided by the rear camera are Portrait Bokeh, Super Wide – Angle Camera, HDR, and Time Lapse. It also has Palm Capture and Voice Control.
It comes with a massive 5000mAh battery, fingerprint sensor at the rear, Bluetooth v5.0, USB 2.0, 3.5mm headphone jack, and has Dual Sim Dual Standby. The device does not have a Type – C connector, but rather has a microUSB port for charging.
It comes in two odd storage variants – 3 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 4 GB RAM + 32 GB. These cost Rs. 11,990/- and Rs. 12,490/- respectively. It also has a microSD slot which supports memory expansion of up to 256 GB.
The two colour options which are available are Aqua Blue and Burgundy Red. Once the product goes live on Flipkart, you will be able to get it at cheaper by exchanging in your old device, or a 10% discount if you pay using an Axis bank credit/debit card. On the other hand, Amazon is offering an instant discount of Rs. 1,500/- on ICICI credit and debit EMI transactions.
