After Nvidia’s disastrous series of GPU launches, those looking to procure one of AMD’s upcoming Radeon RX 6000 series are looking for a much different story. But first, specification details are in order.

VideoCardz reports that the latest installment of Newegg Insider has the scoop on the specs for the Radeon RX 6900 XT, RX 6800 XT, and RX 6700 XT. Newegg Insider typically provides consumers with a litany of product information as well as buying guides, videos, and other information. While it’s quite possible these reveals could be correct, however, their appearance in Newegg Insider does not mean they’re 100% true.

According to the publication, the Radeon RX 6900 XT will include 5,120 SPs, 16GB of GDDR6 memory across a 256-bit memory bus, and a memory bandwidth of 512 GBps. The Radeon RX 6800 will feature 3,840 SPs with 12GB of GDDR6 memory and around a 384 GBps of max memory bandwidth. Finally, the Radeon RX 6700 XT will likely come packing 2,560 SPs and 6GB of GDDR6 memory with the same level of memory bandwidth as the Radeon RX 6800 XT.

In terms of power ratings, the RX 6900 XT, 6800 XT, and 6700 XT, could come with thermal design power (TDP) ratings of 300W, 200W, and 150W. Newegg Insider also claims that the trio come with the same 1,500 MHz base block and 16 Gbps GDDR6 memory chips.

As previously stated, the appearance of said information in Newegg Insider do not mean these will be the finalized specifications. However, there isn’t much longer to wait now when it comes to seeing what AMD has up its sleeve. In a month now, AMD will reveal its set of GPUs on Oct. 28. Then, we’ll be privy to what to expect from each card.
