The Sims 4 Summer of Sims has been announced. Promising to bring players a bunch of new content over the next several months. Which includes a new Expansion Pack, a new Game Pack, and more.
It’s shaping up to be a pretty great summer for The Sims 4! There’s already plenty of add-on content for players to enjoy. EA has been working hard to make more stuff to liven up your virtual lives. Now, it looks like it’s going to have a heck of a bash for this summer. Get ready for the Summer of Sims!
What’s Coming in The Sims 4 Summer of Sims?
The Sims 4 Summer of Sims is going to give gamers a nice chunk of new content. So enjoy over the next several months. Here’s what you can look forward to:
A New Expansion Pack A New Game Pack 3 Base Game Updates A New Kit A Virtual Block Party "The Sims Event of the Summer"
While we can guess what some of this new content may be, there are also some mysteries in the mix. I can’t quite say what the “virtual block party” might look like. We are not sure if this Virtual Block Part is “The Sims Event of the Summer” that this announcement mentions or if EA has something else up its sleeve, too.
All of these goodies are going to be launching during May–July 2021. That said, EA takes care to mention in today’s announcement that these dates are subject to change; after all, it’s always possible that a delay can happen if something goes awry.
You can look forward to a boatload of new content that will (hopefully) debut in the next three months. The Sims team will also be hosting a livestream tomorrow on twitch.tv/thesims starting at 2:00 PM Eastern Time; perhaps we’ll learn something more about what we can expect to see in terms of new content. If you haven’t yet jumped into this game, you can buy The Sims 4 for PC, Mac, PlayStation, and Xbox starting at $39.99 or your regional equivalent.
