Disney Classic Games already has Aladdin and The Lion King, but it looks like the Jungle Book Expansion Pack is about to be added to the collection as purchasable DLC, as its existence has been revealed on SteamDB. There’s not much to go on really, but I’m thankful because it was either this or I would be writing an article about a Peppa Pig video game, so let’s get to it, shall we?

The game was added on May 13, 2021 just after midnight UTC, so it’s just been hanging out and enjoying itself over the past week. What’s the game called? Well, I’m glad you asked, because it’s called Disney Classic Games: Aladdin & The Lion King – Jungle Book Expansion Pack. Go ahead and say that three times fast.

So it looks like it’ll be an add-on/expansion pack for anyone who owns the Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King, and if that game is $20 then it makes sense that its expansion would be somewhere around $10 American Dollarydoos. I could be wrong, but it seems like a decent guess at least as it shouldn’t cost more than the base game.

As for the game, the player controls Mowgli and he travels through a side-scrolling adventure by shooting or avoiding enemies. He’ll run, jump, and climb vines as he uses weapons and powerups that are available through the game. Mowgli starts off with a banana projectile, and he’s eventually able to use “invincibility masks, coconuts, double banana shots, and boomerang bananas” throughout the game.

Sound cool? Check out some gameplay below:
