PUBG Lite Registrations Open In India

Registrations for PUBG Lite started yesterday for all SAARC countries. PUBG Lite is set to be a toned down version of PUBG especially for PCs who don’t have enough hardware power. The first beta was released last year in a few Southeast Asian countries where the access of the game was restricted to selected players. Just recently, PUBG announced that they will be expanding the beta test to more countries, which includes – Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

Interested players can create an account for free on PUBG Lite’s website. Once logged in, users have to click on ‘Participate in Event’ button, and then link the account with an existing account on Xbox, PS4, or Steam. Players have to complete their registration before the deadline to be eligible for the beta program.

PUBG is giving away a number of in-game items to players who participate in the beta program. All pre – registered users will receive Tiger M416 and Cheetah Parachute as standard items. If the program reaches 100K registrations, participants will receive Black Scarf, Punk Glasses, and Bloody Combat Pants. And if the registrations cross the mark of 200K, every player will receive a Gold PUBG Scarf, Yellow – Black Striped Long – Sleeved Shirt, and Red Sports Top as a reward.

The game is not available for download and play yet, and is currently only in the registration phase. Players who are selected will be notified by PUBG, and will receive a link from where they will be able to download the game.

The last day to register for the beta of PUBG Lite is 3rd July, and all rewards will be delivered on 11th July via email. PUBG recently announced the Nations Cup which is set to be held in Seoul, Korea and an update which brings new additions to the game.
